Distribution and wholesale, from the depot to the P&L.
Depot One brings warehousing, order-to-cash, route-to-market, duty compliance and a B2B portal onto one Odoo platform. Every case, every empty, every duty accrued flows through one point of control, from the loading dock to the trial balance.
Distribution is not a software problem. It is a fragmentation problem.
Warehouse on one system, van sales on paper, deposits in a notebook, duty by hand, the books weeks late. The blind spots between tools are exactly where the margin lives.
Captured once
Every receipt, order and delivery enters the system once, at the point it happens.
Live, not later
Stock, deposits, duty and margin update at the moment of the movement, not at month end.
Depot and road
Hardened for a working warehouse and a moving truck: scanners, dropped signal, cash on the route.
Owned by you
Your data, standard Odoo underneath. No lock-in to a proprietary black box.
The whole operation, from the dock to the ledger.
One platform where the transaction is captured once and flows everywhere: stock, the deposit account, the excise accrual, the margin report, the VAT return and the owner's dashboard.
Warehouse & FEFO
Multi-warehouse, lots, first-expired-first-out enforced at pick, and one-click recall.
Order to cash
Tiered trade pricing, customer credit limits and automatic order holds.
Returnables & deposits
A live deposit ledger per customer for kegs, crates, pallets and bottles.
Route to market
Route planning, van sales and proof of delivery, working offline on the road.
Duty & excise
The alcohol pack: bonded stock, EMCS e-AD, licence checks and age-gating.
B2B ordering portal
Self-service trade ordering on the same catalogue, price and live stock.
And a great deal more under the hood.
The six above are the highlights. Here is the rest of what Depot One does, by domain, the same scope written into your product guide.

The crates in other people's yards, counted.
Most systems can raise an invoice. Almost none can tell you, per customer, how many crates are still out and what they are worth. Depot One runs a deposit ledger per customer, priced on the same line as the goods and credited automatically when the empties come back on the route.
Bonded, excise-aware, EMCS-ready.
Duty regime is a setting per warehouse, so a bonded tax warehouse runs beside a duty-paid depot. Excise accrues on release for consumption, calculated not estimated, and duty-suspended moves generate an e-AD with its ARC reference. An excise-aware Odoo is something almost no implementer offers.
Three packages, one platform.
Each tier is a superset of the last. Moving up never means starting over: new capabilities activate on the system you already run, with a fixed scope, a fixed price and a committed go-live date.

Standard Odoo underneath, distribution IP on top.
We harvest what the Odoo ecosystem already solves well, and spend our engineering where the real distribution IP lives.
Odoo 19 Enterprise core
Accounting, inventory, purchasing, quality and HR. Standard, documented, globally supported.
The Depot module suite
Our layer: the deposit engine, excise and EMCS, van settlement and the trade-pricing layer.
Offline-first by design
Picking and van sales continue through signal loss and sync the moment the line returns.
